Anthropology Public Lecture Series Posters
2007–2010
Description:
I was commissioned by the Anthropology Department at The New School (my alma mater) to create a series of posters publicizing public lectures given throughout the academic year. This series lasted for 3 years.
The second poster in the series featured a background photo of room 529 at 80 Fifth Avenue, where the lectures were held.
For the first poster in the series, the center squares represent a calentar of the fall months of 2007, when the lectures took place. The color gradient represents the spectral shift of fall foliage in the Northeastern US.
